Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients through virtual therapy sessions. The role includes assessing mental health needs, guiding treatment, documenting care, and helping clients work through personal, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This is a strong opportunity for a counselor who wants a clear schedule, consistent clinical responsibilities, and a remote setup focused on direct client support. Responsibilities Provide therapy to clients in a remote care setting Conduct intake sessions and ongoing clinical assessments Establish treatment goals and track client progress Maintain complete and accurate clinical notes Offer therapeutic support using appropriate counseling methods Address client concerns with professionalism and sound clinical judgment Recognize crisis indicators and follow response procedures Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for meaningful client work and a steady weekday schedule.
