Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a remote care team serving clients throughout Texas. The counselor in this role will provide therapy, complete assessments, manage treatment plans, and support clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. This is a practical, patient-focused position for someone who values clear structure, strong clinical standards, and steady one-on-one work. Responsibilities: Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions Evaluate mental health concerns and identify treatment needs Establish treatment goals and provide ongoing therapeutic support Complete documentation for intakes, progress notes, and follow-ups Address client concerns using clinically appropriate methods Monitor safety concerns and follow intervention procedures when required Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oklahoma Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records Clear communication and sound professional judgment 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills into a role where your work can make a daily difference—send your resume to get started.
