Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position Details Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Arkansas. This role focuses on helping individuals work through mental health concerns through structured virtual sessions, thoughtful clinical assessment, and ongoing treatment planning. You will spend your time meeting with clients, understanding what they are experiencing, identifying practical goals, and providing counseling that supports healthier coping, emotional stability, and day-to-day functioning. This position is ideal for an LPC who wants a steady telehealth role centered on client care, clinical quality, and clear communication. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services through a secure telehealth platform Complete client intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing progress reviews Develop treatment plans based on each client’s needs, concerns, and goals Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, adjustment issues, and other mental health concerns Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all sessions and clinical updates Monitor client progress and update treatment plans when needed Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements for telehealth care Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted LPC license in Arkansas Previous experience providing therapy or counseling services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Arkansas-licensed LPC looking for a stable remote role focused on meaningful client care, we welcome you to submit your credentials for consideration.
