Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position Details Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide counseling services to clients who are seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, and life changes. Your work will involve building strong therapeutic relationships through virtual sessions, assessing client needs, and guiding treatment with care and clinical judgment. This role is well-suited for an LPC who enjoys direct client care, values organized documentation and is comfortable supporting clients through a secure telehealth platform. You will have the opportunity to provide consistent care while working in a professional remote clinical setting. Responsibilities Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients located in Arkansas Assess client concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment needs Create and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical approaches Help clients build coping skills and work toward realistic goals Complete session notes, assessments, and documentation on time Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Use telehealth and EHR systems to manage care and records Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted LPC license in Arkansas Previous experience providing therapy or counseling services Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Familiarity with electronic health records preferred Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Arkansas-licensed LPC looking for a stable remote role focused on meaningful client care, we welcome you to submit your credentials for consideration.
