Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position is designed for clinicians who want to provide meaningful mental health care while working remotely. You will meet with clients through telehealth, help them understand their concerns, and provide therapy that supports real progress. The role includes treatment planning, ongoing counseling, documentation, and collaboration when needed to make sure clients receive consistent care. Responsibilities: Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients in Alaska Assess client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals Create and update care plans based on client progress Provide support for common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes Keep clinical notes organized, accurate, and completed on time Maintain client confidentiality and follow all licensing requirements Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Alaska Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Comfortable delivering care through a remote platform Ability to work independently within a full-time schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Competitive annual salary Bring your counseling experience into a stable remote role where your work reaches clients who need steady, professional support.
