Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will help clients navigate mental health concerns through scheduled online sessions and ongoing treatment support. The role includes assessment, counseling, care planning, documentation, and clinical follow-up. It is a good fit for a counselor who values structure, consistency, and clear communication while working in a telehealth setting. Responsibilities: Meet with clients virtually for counseling appointments Assess symptoms, concerns, and overall treatment needs Develop practical treatment plans and review progress over time Complete all required documentation in accordance with clinical standards Address client concerns with sound clinical judgment and professionalism Maintain appropriate boundaries, privacy, and ethical care practices Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Alaska LPC license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, or families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for focused, consistent virtual care.
