Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Alaska Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across Alaska. In this role, you will support individuals working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs. You will guide clients through structured sessions, create treatment plans, track progress, and help them build practical tools they can use in daily life. Responsibilities: Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and goal setting Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Alaska Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Comfortable delivering care through a remote platform Ability to work independently within a full-time schedule 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Competitive annual salary Bring your counseling experience into a stable remote role where your work reaches clients who need steady, professional support.
