Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Tennessee Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services in a full-time telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients address mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. The work is practical, client-centered, and rooted in helping people function better in their daily lives. Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs Create and update individualized treatment plans Document session notes and other required clinical records Maintain a consistent caseload and manage appointments professionally Provide counseling interventions that support progress and stability Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Tennessee LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills into a remote role where your work can make a real difference every day.
