Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary As a Telehealth Counselor, you will meet with clients remotely to address ongoing mental health concerns and provide treatment that is clear, practical, and clinically sound. The role includes conducting evaluations, leading therapy sessions, tracking client development, and ensuring records are completed on time. Your work will help clients manage symptoms, improve stability, and stay engaged in care. Responsibilities Lead one-on-one virtual counseling sessions Conduct intake interviews and ongoing clinical evaluations Set treatment goals with clients and review progress regularly Write progress notes, assessments, and related documentation Address concerns such as mood disorders, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties Recognize changes in client presentation and respond appropriately Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Active LPC license in Colorado Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and client-centered.
