Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Telehealth Position Location: Missouri Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a growing telehealth team serving clients across Missouri. The LPC in this position will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment needs, guide therapeutic conversations, and document progress with accuracy and consistency. The work is direct, client-facing, and centered on helping people improve daily functioning, emotional health, and long-term coping skills. Responsibilities Deliver virtual counseling sessions to adults, adolescents, or families as assigned Conduct intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical history Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals Track client response to treatment and update plans accordingly Complete progress notes, assessments, and related records on time Provide crisis support and risk assessment when necessary Maintain professional communication with clients and internal care teams Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Missouri LPC license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling skills to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful clinical work.
Responsibilities
The LPC will conduct virtual counseling sessions, perform intake evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records and providing crisis support as needed.
