Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Mississippi Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide high-quality counseling services in a fully remote setting. This role centers on supporting clients through consistent telehealth care, helping them address personal challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with clear treatment plans. Your day-to-day work will include counseling sessions, assessments, documentation, and ongoing clinical follow-up. Responsibilities: Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients Identify clinical needs through intake assessments and ongoing evaluation Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns Keep accurate and organized documentation in line with clinical standards Help clients develop practical strategies for emotional and behavioral wellness Maintain professional boundaries and ethical counseling practices Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi At least 2 years of counseling experience preferred Experience providing telehealth or virtual counseling is preferred Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Comfortable using online platforms and electronic health record systems 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience into a flexible remote setting and explore your next career move with us.
