Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Arizona Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions and goal-based treatment plans. The role combines direct client care, clinical judgment, and careful documentation, making it a strong fit for a counselor who values steady workflow and effective treatment. Responsibilities Deliver remote counseling sessions using secure telehealth tools Complete mental health assessments and intake evaluations Create, monitor, and update treatment plans Document client interactions and clinical progress in a timely manner Teach coping tools and support clients through treatment goals Identify clinical concerns that may require additional intervention Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your counseling experience to a role built for meaningful client work and a steady weekday schedule.
