We are an Allstate Agency in Philadelphia we are looking to expand and add a motivated Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to our team.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will:

• Sell insurance policies primarily via phone (auto, homeowners, renters, etc.).
• Be currently licensed in Pennsylvania as a Property & Casualty producer (required).
• Manage policy renewals, monitor cancellations and terminations, and work proactively to retain clients.
• Handle endorsements and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preferably have prior experience working with Allstate Insurance systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service and client communication.
• (Nice to have) Experience working with a CRM system for lead and client management.
• (Nice to have) Bilingual in English/Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Property & Casualty license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Strong telephone, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and use Allstate’s suite of services and products.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-focused.
