Description

Nest Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee all aspects of residential property management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record, excellent communication and organization skills, and a property management license under BCFSA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a professional property management team
  • Oversee a cost-effective property maintenance program
  • Provide property management services in compliance with contracts and company guidelines
  • Display strong fiscal responsibility and build strong relationships with tenants and trades/maintenance staff
  • Deal with tenant issues effectively and negotiate leases, rent reviews, and legal documents
  • Conduct inspections and provide reports for properties, ensuring their efficient operation and maintenance
  • Other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in property management leadership
  • Relevant university or college education
  • Strong judgment, reasoning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to implement company policies and procedures
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient with Word/Excel, email, and real estate calculations
  • Strong understanding of building systems
