Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Psychologist for a full-time role in Leavenworth, Kansas within an institutional setting. POSITION OVERVIEW • Provides psychological services within a correctional facility • Coordinates and directs psychological service programs • Works as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team COMPENSATION • Salary Range: $165,000 – $175,000 ROLE • Conduct psychological screenings and assessments • Perform clinical interviews and evaluate patient needs • Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services • Conduct rounds in segregation and confined housing areas • Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, and clinical staff • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies ENVIRONMENT • Institutional correctional setting • Works with inmate/resident population • Fast-paced clinical environment BENEFITS • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Life insurance • Paid time off and paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Paid training Requirements • Doctoral degree in Psychology REQUIRED • Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology REQUIRED • Minimum 2 years clinical experience REQUIRED • At least 1 year in a comparable position REQUIRED • Valid driver’s license REQUIRED • Must be at least 21 years of age Not ready to formally apply?
