As we expand our diagnostic services in Charlotte, NC, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Psychologist to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree / Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in North Carolina
  • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting ASD assessments
  • Certified in ADOS-2 and proficient with additional assessment tools
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for ASD and related disorders
  • Experience working directly with children and families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in both in-person and hybrid work settings
  • Familiarity with CentralReach is a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations for children and adolescents. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, and deliver clear, actionable diagnostic reports. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or a chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct and/or supervise gold-standard ASD evaluations for clients aged 0–21
  • Use tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, Vineland, BASC, WISC, DP-4, CARS, Greenspan, and more
  • Perform clinical interviews, direct observations, and standardized assessments
  • Analyze and interpret developmental and behavioral data
  • Deliver diagnostic feedback to families and provide recommendations for care
  • Generate high-quality reports within 14 days using our standardized templates
  • Mentor team members and ensure consistent diagnostic practices
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state licensure requirements
  • Manage your schedule, including assessment sessions and feedback appointments
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
