Greyley Wellness is a private practice behavior health group located on Madison’s east side in the charming Atwood Neighborhood. At Greyley Wellness, we are committed to helping our clients find intention and life in the middle - the grey space that’s full of possibilities. Our outpatient mental health and wellness clinic offers a variety of mental health services including individual psychotherapy in office and via telehealth, in addition to wellness groups and community events.
We are seeking a full time fully licensed psychotherapist to join our collaborative team. Greyley Wellness offers a supportive, flexible work environment and provides all the administrative support you need to focus on taking care of yourself and providing competent, effective mental health treatment for your clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Wisconsin. Candidates who anticipate full licensure within the next two months are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Self-motivated and reliable professional demonstrating high integrity, cultural humility, and a collaborative mindset.
• Clinically ethical practitioner with a well-balanced awareness of personal and professional blind spots, committed to ongoing self-reflection and growth.
