Description

This is an opening for a licensed real estate professional to join our Winston-Salem office as a part-time agent assistant. This position is paid by the hour with bonus potential. This role is designed to support top-producing sales associates (s) with daily operations, transaction coordination, and client communication. this is a part-time position and will require approximately 20 hours per week. Agent Assistants are in-office positions and require a Real Estate license. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and review real estate contracts and documents (Buyer Agency, Listing Agreements, Offers to Purchase)
  • Coordinate transaction timelines, schedule appointments, and attend appointments or showings as needed
  • Communicate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents
  • Review and organize disclosures and closing documents
  • Measure properties and calculate square footage
  • Coordinate with ancillary services (mortgage, title, and warranty)
  • Manage calendar, database, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports and agent billing
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction workflow
  • Prior experience in administrative, marketing, or real estate roles
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms, DocuSign, ZipForm, and CRM tools
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • At times, may require flexibility in work schedule in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop or Canva preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, a valid NC Driver’s License, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service mindset with a proactive, team-first attitude
