What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and goals.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and guide clients through closing.
• Leverage company-provided leads to grow your pipeline.
• Collaborate with our affiliated mortgage division to deliver a seamless homebuying experience.
• Stay up to date on local market trends and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• Minimum 8+ buy-side transactions per year (or motivated new agents willing to learn and hustle).
