We’re now seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our daily operations, assist with client-facing activities, and help scale our business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Alberta Real Estate License (required).
  • Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (assistant, licensed admin, or sales).
  • Knowledge of MLS systems, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools.
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with property showings, buyer tours, and open houses.
  • Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and other on-site client appointments.
  • Prepare, review, and submit real estate contracts, disclosures, and amendments.
  • Manage MLS listings, property descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance with RECA and brokerage requirements.
  • Track deadlines, maintain organized files, and provide timely client updates.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media content, and event coordination.
