JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or leasing and a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid RERA Real Estate Broker License (Dubai).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales/leasing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.

• Manage property sales, leasing, listings, and closings.
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions.
• Conduct negotiations and provide expert market advice.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings.
• Maintain accurate contracts, documentation, and client records.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and investors.
