Description

We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused and relationship-driven Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team here in Ottawa. This is a full-time, commission-based role that’s ideal for someone ready to take their real estate career to the next level, with the right support behind them.
You’ll have access to client opportunities, admin and transaction support, mentorship and all the tools and training you need to focus on what you do best: helping clients, selling homes, and building strong relationships.
We understand how overwhelming the behind-the-scenes work of real estate can be—between chasing leads, managing paperwork, and creating marketing campaigns. That’s why we’ve built a system designed to ease the pressure. Our team is all about collaboration, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another so you can grow your business without the burnout.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their selling goals and prepare home evaluations (CMAs)
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent communication
  • Respond quickly to new leads and inquiries to maximize opportunities
  • Coordinate listing prep: staging, photography, marketing materials, and lockbox installation
  • Host open houses and private showings; gather and relay feedback
  • Promote listings across social media and other platforms to drive visibility
  • Monitor market trends and provide clients with up-to-date insight
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
  • Collaborate with inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and our admin team
  • Ensure a smooth transaction by staying organized and proactive throughout
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and strategy check-ins
  • Cultivate client relationships, prospect for leads, and regularly add contacts to database
  • Provide clients professional knowledge on the current market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
  • Conduct buyer needs analysis, set them up on auto-search portal, and show them properties based on their criteria
  • Oversee transactions from contract to close, ensuring the highest level of ethics and professionalism is being used.
  • Accompany buyers on showings and perform comparative market analyses to determine the best offer price, and offer conditions to suit the buyers needs and qualifications
  • Maintain consistent, open communication with clients to ensure they’re receiving the highest level of service
  • Maintain consistent communication, as needed, with team lead, admin team, and other agents to ensure proficiency, and achieve client satisfaction.
  • Report numbers on a weekly basis to D.O.O
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture
