As a Sales & Rental Specialist, you’ll work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the dynamic Greater Boston and South Shore markets. You’ll have access to a strong pipeline of rental leads, tools to convert them into long-term clients, and comprehensive training to expand into listings and home sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule

• Represent clients in residential real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals
• Conduct leasing consultations, property showings, and rental applications
• Generate and nurture leads through various channels (open houses, online platforms, referrals)
• Stay up-to-date on market conditions, property values, and neighborhood trends
• Prepare and present purchase and lease agreements
• Collaborate with a supportive team of fellow agents, brokers, and office staff
