Now Hiring - Licensed Security D Post Captain – Residential Community Lithia Approx. 20 miles SE of Tampa $17.00 p/hr Mon thru Fri 7am-3pm Team leaders with prior one year of experience in the security industry as a team lead or shift supervisor should apply immediately! Must have prior front gate at a residential community – ABDI required Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocol. Benefits: 401 (k) Insurance: medical, vision and dental Short term disability Critical care/Hospital Indemnity Complimentary life insurance Pet insurance Legal assistance/guidance Identity theft protection Paid training Paid time off Competitive compensation Career advancement opportunities Continuous learning opportunities through LMS Employee referral bonus program Employee assistance program (EAP) Employee recognition events Employee performance incentives/rewards Professional growth and development opportunities Responsibilities: Working Post Capt. on shift Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Security D License (Required) Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving history (Required) Flexible/ on- call schedule availability Professional demeanor and appearance Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attentive to detail Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) #IND3
