The Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) will lead and oversee all aspects of a dynamic property portfolio. As the primary point of contact for property owners, you'll build strong relationships and ensure exceptional communication throughout the property lifecycle. Accepting applications through FEBRUARY 2026 #ZR Requirements What you bring: Active Colorado Real Estate License Required 5+ years of property management experience Basic knowledge of local leasing agreements, regulatory issues, terms etc. Highly motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology Must have strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve and complete multiple tasks within a narrow schedule Must be strong organizational skills and have high attention to detail Systems-oriented Strong organizational skills Must pass background check High-functioning multi-tasking Keeping a schedule “Nice-to-have” qualifications: Bilingual – proficiency in Spanish Experience with Appfolio Prior sales experience preferable Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree ADA Requirements: Walking: Regularly required to inspect properties, meet with residents, and move around the property. Standing: Frequently required to conduct property inspections, meet with residents, and perform office tasks. Sitting: Regularly required to perform office tasks, such as computer work and paperwork. Lifting: Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds, such as boxes, files, or maintenance supplies. Carrying: Occasionally required to carry light to moderate weight items, such as keys, paperwork, or small tools. Bending: Occasionally required to inspect property conditions, such as basements or crawl spaces. Climbing: Occasionally required to inspect multi-story properties or access property exteriors.
