Position Summary The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is responsible for providing comprehensive psychosocial support services to residents and their families. This role works collaboratively with nursing, therapy, medical staff, and administration to ensure residents’ emotional, social, and discharge planning needs are met. Requirements Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in the State of Maine Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required Experience in long-term care, healthcare, or geriatric settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
