LICENSED SURVEYOR

RM Surveys is seeking a Licensed Surveyor to join our high-performing Cadastral team, based in Perth WA, with projects extending into Regional WA.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of land development and cadastral projects, supporting landowners, developers, and government agencies across the state.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out cadastral surveys to establish or re-establish property boundaries
  • Preparing and lodging Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, and Survey-Strata Plans with Landgate
  • Certifying survey documents in accordance with WA legislative requirements
  • Advising clients on easements, land development, and compliance with planning schemes
  • Interpreting legislation, planning conditions, and subdivision designs
  • Using advanced field equipment including GNSS, total stations, and digital levels
  • Ensuring all surveys comply with relevant codes and regulations
