Schedule: 8-hour shifts (10–6, 11–7, or 12–8) — schedules set in advance and may vary based on program availability. Full-time schedule: Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week; schedules are set in advance and may vary based on program availability. Company vehicle provided while on shift. --- Overview iMind Health LLC (D/B/A iMind Behavioral Health) is hiring a Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join our Child and Adolescent Services, also known as Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS). This role serves youth ages 5–17 and includes two primary responsibilities: 1. School- and community-based mobile crisis response for children/adolescents and their families/caregivers 2. Short-term stabilization services (up to 120 days) through outpatient-style therapy and care coordination Services are delivered in schools and community settings, in the office, and via telehealth. Mobile crisis response is delivered in-person; stabilization services may be delivered in-person and/or via telehealth based on clinical need. Shift options (8 hours): 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (schedules set in advance and may vary based on program availability). Travel: Company vehicle provided while on shift for travel to schools and other community sites within Prince George’s County. --- Support, Safety, and Supervision • Team-based mobile response (including a two-person mobile response model when deployed) • Training and safety protocols provided for mobile response and school/community-based work • Clinical supervision and consultation support for all clinicians (with structured licensure supervision available for LGPC/LMSW) • EHR: InSync (Qualifacts) What You’ll Get • Company vehicle provided while on shift (no personal vehicle required for responses) • Set shift options and schedules planned in advance • No on-call; occasional Saturdays scheduled in advance based on program needs • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and team support --- Key Responsibilities (Shortened) Mobile Crisis Response (School/Community-Based) • Provide in-person crisis assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and clinical intervention for youth (ages 5–17) and families. • Respond as part of a two-person mobile team and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for follow-up services. Stabilization Services (Up to 120 Days) • Provide short-term stabilization therapy (weekly/bi-weekly) in-person and/or via telehealth based on clinical need. • Complete biopsychosocial assessments promptly (typically within 72 hours, based on clinical priority and scheduling) and develop stabilization-focused treatment plans with youth/caregivers. Care Coordination and Referrals • Complete mental health assessments and make appropriate internal/external referrals. • Assess for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) and/or Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) referrals during the assessment process, as clinically indicated, and connect families to community resources as needed. Documentation and Professional Practice • Complete documentation accurately and on time in accordance with program, payer, and regulatory standards. • Meet expectations for client-facing services; targets vary based on acuity and program needs and are reviewed during onboarding. • Maintain confidentiality and participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities. --- Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. • Active Maryland license in good standing (see accepted licenses above). • Experience providing clinical services to children/adolescents and families/caregivers. • Strong clinical judgment and ability to make independent decisions when needed. • Proficiency with computers and clinical documentation systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Successful completion of required background check and required training. Preferred Qualifications • Mobile crisis response experience (school-based and/or community-based). • Outpatient stabilization, community mental health, or crisis program experience. • Familiarity with Prince George’s County resources and referral networks. --- Contract Opportunities Contract positions may also be available for qualified clinicians.
