JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a compassionate, licensed Therapist or Mental Health Counselor to join our fast-growing digital therapy platform. You’ll provide professional mental health support through one-on-one audio and video sessions, helping individuals work through personal challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
As we expand across Nigeria, we are building a network of experienced professionals committed to emotional wellness, with flexible work hours and full remote convenience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid license from a recognized regulatory body (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Counselor, etc.).
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Strong empathy, communication, and listening skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all sessions.

• Conduct confidential online therapy sessions via video or audio.
• Evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and session notes.
• Follow ethical and legal standards of mental health care.
• Participate in platform training and community sessions when necessary.
