Description Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a licensed therapist to join our team providing therapy services in a primary care setting. This is an employed, on-site position, working at two locations on a regularly scheduled basis. Site locations are in Ukiah and Lakeport, within Lake and Mendocino counties. Highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. You will have support. Psychiatrist and PMHNP on staff. We run a Pod model for our care team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Primary Care Counselors (LCSWs and Psychologists) to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language-immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts. The team has a clear connection to the mission of MCHC. Location!
