Our LVNs are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Status: Full-time PM Position, 3:00 PM -11:00 PM 37.5 hours per week Compensation: Pay range is $32.00- $35.00 hour in our Assisted Living and $32.00- $41.00 in Skilled Nursing depending on experience ** New Grads are Welcome to Apply!
