Documentation must be completed by the end of each shift. If unable to complete the Case Manager must be notified. * Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records in line with agency policies. * Participate in ongoing professional development through in-service training, workshops, seminars, and self-study courses annually. LOCATION: Hollister, CA Available Shifts: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Part-time and Per diem available Other locations and shifts available!
