Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to 53 senior residents, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort - Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders - Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team - Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care and progress - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times - Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Current LVN license in good standing - Valid CPR certification - Ability to work flexible hours, including 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shifts - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Demonstrated commitment to resident care and excellence - Willingness to grow professionally within the organization - Prior experience in senior or long-term care is preferred but not required Join our team and become part of a caring community that values your dedication and offers opportunities for advancement.
