We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Grafting Coordinator to oversee our grafting program operations and ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency across our clinical teams. Position Summary The Quality Assurance Grafting Coordinator plays a key role in managing the daily operations of our grafting program and supporting the Quality Assurance department. This position oversees outsourced partners, manages inventory and supply needs, tracks KPIs, conducts audits, and ensures seamless communication between providers, patients, and vendor representatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the grafting program, ensuring accurate tracking of new and discharged graft patients. Serve as the primary liaison between providers, patients, and graft representatives. Maintain and update patient tracking spreadsheets and internal databases to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage inventory of grafting supplies, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials. Place graft orders and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives. Conduct monthly audits and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program performance. Create, maintain, and update protocols and workflows related to grafting and quality assurance processes. Provide clinical support by answering provider and patient questions regarding graft procedures or materials. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements. Perform other tasks as needed or assigned. Fully In office- M-F 8:30am-5pm Qualifications Licensure: LVN (required). Experience: 1–2 years in a clinical, administrative, or quality assurance role preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent data management and documentation accuracy. Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data tracking tools.
