Description

STOP — READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY

We’re not just looking for someone who wants a job.
We’re building a team—and we need someone who wants to be part of this mission, this crew, and this energy.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You’re shy, guarded, or uncomfortable talking to men about personal health
  • You struggle with blood draws or IM injections
  • You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
  • You think professionalism means being cold or distant
  • You dislike fast-moving, team-based clinics
  • You just want to “stay in your lane” and go home

We care just as much about who you are as what you can do.

This IS for you if:

  • You can walk into a room full of firefighters, veterans, CrossFit dads, and business owners - and instantly make them feel at ease
  • You treat patients like people, not charts
  • You draw blood and give injections confidently and cleanly
  • You communicate clearly—and know when to listen
  • You like to keep it light, joke around, and still get things done
  • You know HOW to connect with the men we’re helping
  • You bring solutions, not problems. Energy, not excuses.
  • You want to grow - and help the clinic grow with you

WHO WE’RE HIRING:

We are looking for a confident, personable and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse to work in our Plano, Texas clinic.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • A valid Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse Certification
  • Candidates must be free of malpractice claims (current and pending)
  • Current CPR certification

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in providing direct patient care
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with male-specific treatments and hormone health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, forward-thinking, team-first mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
