This is a Full-time position during our evening shift Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-10:00pm. Responsibilities

The Hospice LVN ensures quality and safe delivery of hospice services while implementing current nursing practices and providing direct hands-on care. They also keep the Case Manager informed of all changes in patient condition and orders obtained.
