This is a Full-time position during the day shift from 8:00am-4:30pm. Responsibilities
The Hospice LVN ensures the quality and safe delivery of hospice services by providing direct hands-on care. They are responsible for obtaining orders to promote patient comfort and keeping the Case Manager updated on condition changes.
