Description Starting Pay: $25.00/hour Setting: 100% In-Office (Bozeman, MT) As a Licensing Account Executive, you are a primary face of ViralHog to our global media partners. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role that combines active inbound and outbound sales, enterprise-level account management, and strategic project execution. You are responsible for strategically managing and expanding the partner relationship lifecycle—from the initial pitch and negotiation of complex licenses to the long-term growth and satisfaction of the account. This position requires a high-energy individual based in our Bozeman headquarters who can seamlessly balance the "hustle" of content pitching with the strategic mindset required to manage a high-value book of business. Requirements 1. Sales & Portfolio Growth Inbound & Outbound Sales: Proactively manage the sales funnel by qualifying incoming leads while simultaneously hunting for new revenue opportunities through active outbound pitching of the ViralHog library. High-Value Negotiation: Own the sales cycle for complex, high-tier accounts, negotiating terms that maximize revenue while securing long-term strategic placement for ViralHog content. Strategic Onboarding: Lead new subscription and blanket clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained on our self-serve and custom tools to maximize usage. Portfolio Expansion: Take ownership of revenue targets for assigned accounts, identifying and executing strategies to increase annual contract value (ACV) through service additions and whitelist expansions. 2. Strategic Account Management & Relations Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain success plans for key accounts, ensuring ViralHog remains their preferred content source and navigating competitive challenges in the marketplace. Relationship Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading client calls to negotiate renewals and ensure high-level partner satisfaction. Account Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in partner accounts, suggesting streamlined reporting solutions or optimized structures to increase total account value. Complex Inquiry Resolution: Promptly resolve high-level partner inquiries, including licensor interviews, talent release requests, and technical usage questions. 3. Project Management & Administration Project Execution: Create and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for specific licensing projects to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Acquisitions, Accounting, Content, and Copyright teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations and accurate data logging. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example and assist with the onboarding and training of entry-level Licensing staff to ensure departmental consistency. Qualifications & Skills The Ideal Candidate is: Sales-Driven: You have a proven track record (2+ years) in a sales-driven or account management environment and thrive on hitting growth targets. A High-Level Negotiator: You are a natural at handling objections and navigating complex, multi-layered licensing agreements to reach a "win-win." Business Acumen: Ability to understand a partner’s business model and tailor licensing solutions that drive mutual ROI. Organized & Strategic: You possess strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Deeply familiar with social media and video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in media sales, revenue management, or account management will be considered. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to show patience, empathy, and professional persistence. Physical Dimensions & Environment Setting: Collaborative office environment in Bozeman, MT. This is an in-office role, requiring attendance 5 days per week. Operational Demands: Regularly required to perform work on a computer terminal for an average of 6–8 hours per day. Vision: Close visual acuity is required for preparing/analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
