COMPENSATION RANGE: $29 - 33 PER HOUR

We’re looking for a Licensing and Branding Coordinator to join our Licensing and Branding team. This role focuses on creatively communicating and displaying brand information for over 80+ licensed brands. You’ll work closely with the packaging team, review brand DNA books, and serve as the key liaison between licensing and packaging to bring our brands to life in a visually engaging way.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Excel with V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Graphic Design/Creative background is a nice to have.
• Nice to have InDesign and Photoshop experience.
• Administrative work experience is nice to have, as this role will take some work off of Licensing and Branding Specialist.
• Experience emailing with vendors/MAs and buyers.

SKILLS:

• 3-5 years experience in licensing or branding.
• Would love to see someone with a graphic design background out of publication (e.g. working for a magazine).
• Experience with print, layouts/ marketing.
• Must have InDesign and Photoshop experience.

• Will sit with Licensing and Branding team but focus is more on the creative side.
• This person will be responsible for the communication of our brands to the business in a creative way.
• Should be able to creatively display brand information in a visual way.
• Will be reviewing brand DNA books and working closely with our packaging team.
• Will primarily serve as a liaison between licensing and packaging team.
• We currently work with over 80+ brands that we have licenses with.
