Affirma is looking for a talented Licensing Associate who is focused on working as a team player within the LA team to help drive results, develop the SMB space & collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Negotiation – Define, negotiate complex commercial terms & lead the strategy for the negotiation approach engaged by stakeholders.
· Upselling & cross selling experience.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills for continually building rapport and overcoming objections with new and existing accounts
· Licensing experience within the commercial executive space.
· Deal making – lead internal & external sales & management teams through commercial construct optimizing for the right level of investment & customization.
· Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and/or external parties.
· Advocate for best practices that pro-actively drive business, pricing, licensing standards and consistency.
· Actively participate in training and educational opportunities to improve and broaden job related skill sets and technical knowledge.
