Weins Auto Group is looking for a Licensing Clerk at Don Valley North Lexus. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced team-based environment. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is the front-line service representative who is responsible for providing our customers with an expectational experience while ensuring their service needs are being met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative experience (automotive industry would be an asset)
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word, etc)
  • Previous experience with Reynolds and / or PBS dealership management systems an asset
    Pay rate: $19.30 /hour

Responsibilities
  • Process paperwork for new, used, wholesale, and lease terminations
  • Maintain records, reports and inventory lists as required or requested
  • Create and maintain documentation for vehicle files
  • Maintain vehicle register as per government and regulatory guidelines
  • Co-ordinate licensing of vehicles, ownership transfers, etc. with the Ministry licensing office ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
  • Conduct vehicle purchase documentation and wholesale documentation for the used vehicle department
  • Perform any other duties, projects and administrative tasks as directed by management
