The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for researching, data collection, and maintaining compliance for the licensing process. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities * Timely researching and preparing applications of licenses for various jurisdictions serving authorities, internal departments, and customers throughout the US * Preparing application paperwork and submitting as needed, both online and mailings * Assists in coordination with license/permit authorities, our internal departments and for clients to fit our business needs, ensure timely collection of supporting documents * Track license required to operate in jurisdiction and for renewals * Run reports to ensure that all available licenses are in the appropriate status and step in the approval process * Coordinate with construction and project teams to ensure proper close-out of projects and follow-up on final inspection, punch lists, and applicable refunds * Communicates with municipalities about deficiencies that need to be resolved * Reviews certificates of insurance for jurisdictions including special forms  * Coordinate contract project bonding, maintain a schedule, and run reports to monitor renewals and a consent of surety where needed for close out * Work within online portals * Maintain a knowledge base of pre and post project submittal documentation obtained from vendors Requirements and Skills * High School diploma or equivalent * 2 plus years working in an office environment, or 1 plus years working with municipalities or in a licensing capacity * Experience with construction licensing * Strong reading and comprehension skills * Technology proficient including Microsoft Office Software * Active driver’s license  * Ability to drive vehicle to various work locations * Licensing and permitting experience a plus * Strong attention to detail * Effectively manages workflow process Compensation and Benefits * 10 Paid Holidays   * Flexible Time Off * 401(k) Company Match * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * HSA and FSA * Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance * Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.
