WORKING 36.5 HOURS PER WEEK
We are seeking organised and customer-focused Licensing Officers to join our Private Rented Sector Licensing team within City Operations. In this role, you will manage your own caseload, process licence applications efficiently, and provide first-line support to tenants and landlords. You’ll maintain accurate records, contribute to service improvements, and support compliance investigations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible, proactive approach and commitment to equal opportunities are essential.
