Description:
WORKING 36.5 HOURS PER WEEK
Our Private Rented Sector Licensing Service will receive and process applications from private rented sector landlords, ensure compliance and take enforcement action for unlicensed privately rented premises in Birmingham. You will be responsible for processing the applications received and dealing with the issues that arise during this process.
