Growth Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, licensing regulations, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights for market expansion. Revenue Integrity & Account Management Revenue Capture: Track and manage all non-subscription reporting (revenue-share and self-reports) to ensure every dollar earned is accurately captured. Compliance Auditing: Conduct routine backend audits and download reviews to identify reporting discrepancies and ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements. The "Final Close": Complete the sales loop by drafting invoices, managing the billing tracker, and maintaining flawless financial records within the company database. Qualifications & Skills The Ideal Candidate is: A Proven Sales Professional: You have 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment or business development. You enjoy the challenge of hitting targets and closing deals. A Strong Negotiator: You are comfortable handling objections and navigating complex contracts to reach a "Yes." Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have the "billing brain" required for high-level data analysis, financial reporting, and auditing. Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience using CRM or ERP systems to manage a sales pipeline. Persuasive & Articulate: You can build rapport instantly and explain complex licensing structures with clarity and confidence. Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in revenue management, licensing sales, or financial operations will be considered. Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and the principles of finance/accounting. Track Record: Success in a dual-focus role that requires both aggressive revenue growth (sales) and administrative precision. Physical Dimensions & Environment Setting: Collaborative office environment in Bozeman, MT. This is an in-office role that requires attendance 5 days per week. Operations: Requires 6-8 hours of computer use per day. Close visual acuity is required for data analysis and contract review.
