If you have a high drive to be great and a passion for winning, this is your opportunity to hit the ground running. As a key member of our Bozeman-based team, this role relies on a consistent, in-office presence five days per week to allow for seamless, real-time collaboration and rapid response to licensing opportunities. Requirements 1. Sales, Licensing & Account Support Inbound Response: Act as a primary point of contact for inbound partner inquiries, executing custom prompts, licensor interviews, and talent release documentation to move deals toward closure. Full-Cycle Licensing: Execute lead research, issue quotes (one-off, bulk, and subscription), and negotiate distribution and revenue-share agreements to hit growth targets. Account Support: Proactively cultivate partnerships by negotiating contract renewals, upselling service additions, and overseeing whitelist requests to protect platform integrity. Content Pitching: Aggressively analyze the library to identify and proactively pitch high-value assets to clients, ensuring ViralHog remains the first choice for their aggregation needs. Contract Compliance: Maintain meticulous records within internal databases to ensure global contract compliance and data accuracy for all executed deals. 2. Sales Operations & Revenue Integrity Revenue Lifecycle: Support the commercial billing cycle by drafting invoices and ensuring contract terms align with payment schedules. Usage & Rights Compliance: Execute regular reviews of partner download reports and internal data to identify unauthorized usage or opportunities for additional licensing revenue. Data Integrity: Investigate file associations and usage data to ensure precise revenue tracking and commercial accuracy across the library. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on revenue trends to validate the success of various reporting methods (rev-share, self-reports, and subscriptions). Account Health: Monitor account status and collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely partner payments and maintain healthy, long-term commercial relationships. 3. Departmental Operations & Coordination All-Hands Mindset: We operate with a 'no task too small' philosophy and a 'win as a team' mindset. You will contribute to our collective success by jumping in on special projects and consistently pushing for excellence in every task. Workflow Facilitation: Facilitate daily operations, including licensing inbox oversight, task delegation, and professional handling of inbound inquiries. Process Improvement: Assist in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sales frameworks, and contract templates to scale the department. Qualifications & Competencies Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; strong interest in Sales Operations and Business Development preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, specifically regarding data organization and utilizing data to drive sales decisions. Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally to creators and global clients. Detail-Oriented: A "trust but verify" mindset; strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
