Your Title: Licensing Specialist Job Location: Christchurch, NZ Our Department: Civil Construction Field Systems (CCFS) Does working for a leading global construction tech company, connecting our dealers and partners with their licensing and subscriptions interest you? What You Will Do As a Licensing Specialist for the Civil Construction Field Systems (CCFS) Sector, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dealers and Distribution Partners, providing specialised support for all licensing and subscription-related issues. You will deliver clear, step-by-step guidance, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. This role requires you to navigate multiple internal systems and tools to verify and resolve a wide range of issues. You will also collaborate with our internal engineering and product teams through a formalised escalation process to resolve complex technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. A foundational understanding of the products within the CCFS portfolio is essential to successfully troubleshoot and resolve potential problems. This will see you doing the following: Serve as the Tier 2 Point of Contact for all Licensing and Subscription issues reported through existing Support channels Provide clear step-by-step guidance to ensure issue resolution in a timely manner Communicate with Dealers and Distribution Partners via Phone, Email, or Chat Work in multiple licensing systems and provided tools in order to solve issues Participate in ongoing product improvement by acting as the Voice of the Customer for Licensing and subscription-related issues And more! What skills & experience you should bring Proven ability to learn and troubleshoot software, with a strong interest in software licensing and subscription models Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and dealers A customer-focused mindset and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues Experience collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to manage and resolve technical escalations Experience with Oracle, Virtual Warehouse and Next Virtual Warehouse, EPP, EMS, License Manager, LDK-EMS, HASP Programmer First, Second, or Third Shift work hours may be required Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP Ports and Port Protocol) Foundational knowledge of software products, preferably within the construction, civil, or geospatial industries, is a plus Please note: Only applicants legally entitled to work in New Zealand will be considered.
