Licensing Support Officer Exciting opportunity to join Liquor and Gaming NSW, we're responsible for regulating liquor, wagering, gaming, and registered clubs in NSW This is a Clerk Grade 3/4 role with a salary range of $84,659 - $92,701per annum plus superannuation Ongoing role based in Sydney, NSW - Hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs About Liquor & Gaming NSW We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered club sectors in NSW. See what it’s like to work with us About The Role Provide a range of clerical, administrative, assessment and related support services to ensure that liquor licence applications are assessed and processed in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. Essential Requirements Appointment and ongoing assignment are subject to satisfactorily meeting pre-employment and ongoing probity screening to meet the integrity standards set out in section 14 of the Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007 About You You will have experience providing a range of customer service, administrative and general support services in a high-volume environment. Key Accountabilities The assessment of liquor and function applications in a fast paced environment Excellent time management and ownership of applications, working within KPIs The provision of accurate, high-quality customer service Ensuring information provided to customers is compliant with policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements Timely and effective responses to applicants and legal representatives in relation to their applications Updating licence records, files and databases to ensure that all documentation is securely and accurately recorded and readily accessible Contribute ideas and processes to improve operations, customer satisfaction and other outcomes How To Apply Your application must include a cover letter (maximum 1 page) and an up-to-date resume that details your capabilities and experience in relation to the above role.
