This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 1 PM–10 PM Eastern (includes 1-hour unpaid break) Total Weekly Hours: 48 Hours Our client is seeking a Licensing Support & Training Specialist to join their growing team in the financial services industry. This role combines tutoring, administrative support, and client coordination, ensuring that new team members are licensed efficiently while delivering excellent service to clients. You will guide recruits through licensing processes, maintain client records, and serve as a vital point of support for both team members and clients. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at teaching and mentoring. Responsibilities Tutor and guide new team members through licensing processes to ensure timely completion and exam success Track outstanding requirements on client policies and work directly with insurance companies for smooth processing Conduct comprehensive client questionnaires following new acquisitions Maintain and update the Wealth Builders site admin panel with accurate client information Manage the team email inbox and respond to inquiries from team members and clients Facilitate tutoring classes twice weekly, ensuring engagement and progress on study materials Provide ongoing support to team members by answering questions and resolving issues Maintain accurate licensing and client records using Google Sheets and Google Drive Requirements Requirements Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive Strong communication and tutoring skills for both team members and clients Experience with administrative tasks and client management Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup Experience in financial services or insurance industry preferred High attention to detail with strong compliance awareness Independent Contractor Perks HMO coverage available in eligible locations Permanent work-from-home arrangement Immediate hiring opportunity
