Talentspoc is looking for a motivated and talented Licensing & Talent Consultant in Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategies to enhance our licensing programs and recruit top talent in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our licensing programs and attract new talent. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our market presence. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and position our services effectively. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless integration of talent acquisition strategies with licensing objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding licensing agreements and talent management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-years of experience in sales or consultancy roles, preferably within the licensing or talent acquisition sectors. Strong understanding of licensing agreements and talent management processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions. Proficient in using sales management software and CRM tools. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
