LIDER DE SEGURIDAD CORPORATIVA Objetivo: Liderar la estrategia, supervisión y ejecución de todos los servicios de seguridad física y electrónica a nivel nacional, garantizando la protección de personas, activos e infraestructura de la compañía. Esto incluye la gestión de guardias de seguridad, patrullas vehiculares tercerizadas, sistemas de videovigilancia (CCTV), alarmas contra intrusión e incendio, así como la operación del departamento de seguridad corporativa, gestión de crisis y mejora continua del Centro de Operaciones de Seguridad (SOC). ¿Qué te pedimos? Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Seguridad y/o afines. Certificaciones en seguridad electrónica, gestión de riesgos o similares (deseable). Conocimiento de normativas bolivianas en seguridad física y electrónica. Manejo avanzado de herramientas Office y software de monitoreo. Experiencia en gestión de contratos y proveedores. Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios. Experiencia en implementación de sistemas de seguridad electrónica. Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, supervision, and execution of all physical and electronic security services nationwide, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and infrastructure. This includes managing security guards, outsourced patrols, CCTV systems, intrusion and fire alarms, and the operation of the corporate security department.
